Refund policy
We have a 7-days return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at return@calmcoral.com . Please note that returns will need to be sent to the provided address via email.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, (or in some case end customer needs to pay for return shipping) as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products), hygiene products. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
General Non-Returnable Clause (for hygiene):
"Due to the intimate and personal nature of our products, and for hygiene reasons, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges on women's hygiene products once the original sealed packaging has been opened or the product has been used. Your health and safety are our utmost priority."
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- Return of Damaged Product: "In some cases, we may arrange for a reverse pickup of the damaged/defective product. Please ensure the product, even if damaged, is in its original packaging with all labels intact for pickup."
- Reporting Timeframe: "If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours/ 1 day of delivery. Beyond this period, we may not be able to process your claim."
- Proof Required: "To help us resolve the issue, we may request clear photographs or a video of the damaged/defective product and its packaging."
- Resolution: "Upon verification, we will offer a replacement of the same product or a full refund, as per your preference and product availability."
Policy for Unopened Returns: "For unopened and unused products in their original, sealed, and undamaged packaging, you may be eligible for a return within 7 days of delivery. In such cases, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs." Original shipping charge + some storage fee would be charged to customer as well. Purchase proof would be required and we may request for clear photographs and videos of product.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10-15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
